What type of warranty is offered?
Warranty is different on nearly every job, check with us, and we can let you know the warranty on the parts going into your vehicle!
Do you have courtesy cars available?
Being without your vehicle while repairs are being done can be a major disruption to your employment and your lifestyle, so the answer is, yes! We have a few courtesy cars to offer on larger services when your vehicle will need to be in the shop for a full day or two. Booking in advance will help to ensure the use of one of these cars.
Where is the shop located?
We are located at 1688 St Anne's road, about 1 km south of the perimeter. Visit our "Contact" page and view the map.
Do you offer winter/summer tire storage?
Yes, we have a safe and secure area to store your tires! The cost is $50 per seasonal switch over.
Do you have a night owl/early bird drop off?
Yes, on the front of the building there is a mailbox style key drop that says "KEY DROP" below it, so you won't miss it! (We can figure it out if you just put the keys in, but if you put the keys in an envelope with your name on it, we would appreciate that too!)
Can I wait for my oil change appointment?
You can! Call us to book an appointment, and we can let you know what times we have available on the days that work for you. We generally book appointments first thing in the morning (8am or 9am) or right after lunch (1pm) but can accommodate other times also, depending on the day.
Do you have coffee and Wi-Fi available to get me through my appointment?
We have a variety of complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and tea in our waiting room. We also have Wi-Fi, the password is "oilchange".
